“If you are insecure, guess what? The rest of the world is too. Do not overestimate the competition and underestimate yourself. You are better than you think.”– T. Harv Eker
We are talking about confidence and boosting it, but we also know we are not perfect. No matter how often we say, do this and that to be confident, but we all have our ups and downs.
Other times we are keyed up and feel like giving up, but it is normal. If you are battling with yourself, you are not alone, the rest of the world too.
Be positive!!! Think of this as a menu of options. Each morning, immediately upon rising, select a few and say them out loud and/or write them down. Doing this will set the tone for your day and get you moving in a positive direction.
- I am successful.
- I am confident.
- I am powerful.
- I am strong.
- I am getting better and better every day.
- All I need is within me right now.
- I wake up motivated.
- I am an unstoppable force of nature.
- I am a living, breathing example of motivation.
- I am living with abundance.
- I am having a positive and inspiring impact on the people I come into contact with.
- I am inspiring people through my work.
- I’m rising above the thoughts that are trying to make me angry or afraid.
- Today is a phenomenal day.
- I am turning DOWN the volume of negativity in my life, while simultaneously turning UP the volume of positivity.
- I am filled with focus.
- I am not pushed by my problems; I am led by my dreams.
- I am grateful for everything I have in my life.
- I am independent and self-sufficient.
- I can be whatever I want to be.
“Sometimes, if you fake confidence long enough, you’re going to be confident.”Practice, practice, and practice. Do something every day until one day, you don’t have to doubt that you can. Carry your confidence even if you think it’s not there. One day, it will be an automatic thing to do.
“Talk to yourself like you would to someone you love.” If you don’t believe in your self, nobody else will. You can do it Queen 👑.
“Love who you are, embrace who you are. Love yourself. When you love yourself, people can kind of pick up on that: they can see confidence, they can see self-esteem, and naturally, people gravitate towards you.”
